Delivery
We package and ship all orders on our online store and ensure where possible that items are in full working condition before processing an order and packaging an item. We understand that sometimes packages can become lost or damaged in the post. If you are not satisfied with how your package arrived or if you have any enquiries about a pending order please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do everything we can to replace damaged items.
Returns
As with our retail store, we offer all customers a returns policy, providing proof of purchase and within 28 days of purchase we will be happy to refund any items purchased online.
